Newly remodelled hotel with an efficient staff and a snack bar. Nice pool, parking on-site. Everything really good. Magnificent location in the town centre, and 10 minute walk from Grand Theatre.

The staff were brilliant and the breakfast was delicious and good with including eggs benedict and a muffin, for example. The whole room was good and cozy with bath and a huge TV, for instance. The location was super - ease of access to Grand Theatre. And I was close to a stadium and pubs.

The room was great, and the bed was quiet. It was spotless and I had central heating, an electronic key card and coffee/tea making facilities.

Location to shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel was very impressive and our room was very comfortable and extremely clean with a lovely powerful shower. Staff were very helpful.
As it was very close to Christmas groups of youngsters were staying at the hotel so it was a bit noisy at times.

I loved wandering over to Castle Square, just a few steps away, and strolling along the Welsh Coastal Path with fine views of the sea and great paths for walking.

My shower and bathroom was overall really good, and the cleanness of the room it was really nice, and the Heating system was great as well, so I really liked that.
My bed at room 302, Was not great at all, you can feel some of the springs while you shift sides, but that's pretty much it, the bed was not comfortable. And the receptionists I got on the check out she was ok, but not entirely friendly, thats what I felt when she talked to me, but she alright.
